1. Who we are
Touriza W.L.L is a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR 167549-1. Spanevo is a brand operated by Touriza W.L.L. Registered address: Bldg 1913, Rd 2124, Manama 321, Bahrain. Contact: hi@spanevo.com.

2. Information we collect
You give us your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, country of residence, nationality, the income range you select, and whether you are applying with a spouse or children. If you book a call you may add notes about your situation. If you buy a service, you provide payment details directly to our payment processor. We also collect browser and device information and, only with consent, analytics and advertising data. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide visa consulting and application services, send communications connected with your enquiry or application, improve the site using consented analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We ask for consent before using it for a new purpose.

4. How we share your information
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, payments and site security where needed to operate Spanevo. Some providers may process data outside Bahrain or the European Economic Area. Any transfer that is subject to applicable data-protection law must use the transfer mechanism required for that transfer. 5. Data retention
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for 12 months from the last contact. Client files are kept for 3 years after the application is decided. Invoices and payment records are kept for 5 years. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only the record needed to honour that choice. WhatsApp and email conversations follow the same schedule as the relevant category.

6. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to your data, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Where the GDPR applies, you may also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to hi@spanevo.com and will be handled within the period required by applicable law.

7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser tools. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing tools load only according to your consent choices. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to it is limited to the people who need it to do the work. We do not store card details at any point.
