Spanevo / Roadmap
Know the route and evidence sequence before you start paying for documents.
The DNV Roadmap is a written plan for your situation: the practical filing route, the evidence each requirement needs, the document legalisation path, the order of work and the questions that still need resolving. If the route is not currently workable, the Roadmap says that clearly.
Dependency map
Evidence is a chain, not a folder.
A weak link does not fail on its own. It changes the route, the documents you are asked for, and the explanation around them.
01Work relationship
02Remote permission
03Income continuity

Before and after
From scattered documents to a sequence you can follow.
Before the Roadmap
- Filing route still undecided
- Documents collected in the order they were easy to get
- Contradictions found late, often by the authority
- No map of who does what, or when
After the Roadmap
- Route chosen, with the reasoning written down
- Evidence dependencies connected to each other
- Gaps ranked by what they actually cost you
- An execution sequence with owners and timing
What you actually get
What is in a Spain DNV Roadmap?
The DNV Roadmap is a written document built from your own situation. It states which filing route applies to you, in Spain or through the consulate, the documents you need for that route, the legalisation path used by the country that issued them, and the order to do it in. Legalisation before translation, never the other way round.
Your filing route, explained
We set out whether the practical route is an in-Spain residence application or a national visa through the competent Spanish consulate, what each route gives you, and what must be true before you use it.
Your 2026 financial position
The current reference is €2,849 per month for the main applicant, plus €1,068.38 for the first family member and €356.13 for each additional member. We compare your evidence to the applicable household figure.
Your work evidence
The route requires a real foreign company or group operating for at least one year, a qualifying foreign work or professional relationship of at least three months, remote-work evidence, and the correct qualification or experience proof.
Your foreign-document route
Public foreign documents must be translated into Spanish and must carry an Apostille where the Hague Convention applies or diplomatic legalisation where it does not. The Roadmap identifies the route by issuing country and document.
Your social-security and health-cover route
We identify whether the evidence points toward Spanish Social Security or portable coverage under an applicable international agreement, and whether separate health-insurance evidence is likely to be needed.
Your execution sequence
The final section turns the requirements into an ordered action list: what to request first, what can wait, what depends on another document, and what must be current at filing.
Who should buy this
Is the Roadmap right for you, or should you start somewhere else?
Buy the Roadmap if you intend to handle some of the process yourself and want a plan you can follow. Do not buy it if you have not checked your eligibility yet, because the free checker answers that in a few minutes. Do not buy it if you already want us to file for you, because the Full Service includes everything the Roadmap does.
Buy the Roadmap if:
- You want to prepare your own documents and need to know exactly what to prepare
- Your situation is unusual enough that generic checklists have stopped helping
- You want to know whether your file will hold before you spend anything on legalisation
- You are deciding between filing in Spain and filing through the consulate
Start somewhere else if:
- You have not checked your eligibility yet. Start with the free checker, it takes a few minutes
- You want us to handle the application. The Full Service already includes the planning
- You have one specific question. Ask us on WhatsApp, we reply within 24 hours including weekends

Credited in full against the Full Service if you go on to work with us.
The Roadmap is a professional assessment and planning service, so it is not refundable once the document has been delivered to you. If it has not been delivered yet and you want to cancel, email hi@spanevo.com within 48 hours of purchase.
A rejected file means paying for legalisation and sworn translation a second time, and waiting out the months again.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Roadmap fee refundable?
The Roadmap is a professional assessment and planning service, so it is not refundable once the roadmap document has been delivered to you. If it has not been delivered yet and you want to cancel, email hi@spanevo.com within 48 hours of purchase. If you go on to the Full Service, the Roadmap fee is credited in full against the total.
What is the difference between the Roadmap and the free eligibility check?
The free checker answers one question: does your situation look like it qualifies. The Roadmap answers what to do about it. It names your filing route, the documents you need for that route, the legalisation path your country of document issue uses, and the order to do it in. Check eligibility first. It is free and it takes a few minutes.
How long does it take to get my Roadmap?
Your Roadmap arrives within 3 days of the day you send us your answers, not the day you pay. If it takes you a week to fill in the form, the 3 days start when it lands with us. Nobody has to chase us for it and nobody has to book a call to receive it.
Will the Roadmap tell me if I am not eligible?
Yes, and that is a real outcome, not a disclaimer. If your income, your work setup, or your documents will not support an application yet, the Roadmap says so and tells you what would change it. Finding that out before you pay for legalisation and sworn translation is most of what the document is for.
