The scope, responsibilities and commercial terms that apply when you use Spanevo or buy a service.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of spanevo.com and any service you buy from Touriza W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and trading as Spanevo. By booking or paying for any service, you agree to these terms. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What we are, and what we are not
Spanevo is a specialist advisory and application-handling service for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice or tax advice. We do not represent you before a court or tribunal. Living in Spain can make you tax resident there, which is a separate question from your immigration route. No one can guarantee a visa approval; the decision belongs to the Spanish authorities.

3. Our services
We provide eligibility assessment, document preparation and review, and handling of Digital Nomad Visa applications through to a decision. There are two filing routes: where possible, we file for you in Spain through the UGE; otherwise you file at a Spanish consulate and we prepare and support that application. The visa covers remote professionals earning from outside Spain, including self-employed people and people employed by a company outside Spain. 4. Fees and payment
Our fees are the prices published for each service at the time you buy it, stated in euros. They do not include charges applied by your own payment provider. Payment is due before work starts unless agreed otherwise in writing. The €50 Strategy Session is credited toward the €120 DNV Roadmap or directly toward Full or Family Service if you upgrade. If you upgrade from the Strategy Session to the Roadmap and later to Full Service, the total Roadmap credit remains €120; credits are not duplicated. The €120 DNV Roadmap is credited once, in full, against the €950 Full DNV Application Service if you later upgrade.

5. Government fees and other costs
If we file for you in Spain through the UGE, our fee covers the Spanish government application fees expressly included in the purchased service, including the UGE application and TIE where the service description says so. If you use the national-visa route, you pay the competent Spanish consulate for your place of legal residence directly and we do not collect or hold that consular fee. On either route, document legalisation, Apostilles and sworn translation are excluded unless the purchased service expressly says otherwise.

6. What you are responsible for
You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, and for telling us straight away if your income, work, employment or personal circumstances change while the application is in progress. Delays or refusals caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, or by documents not provided in time, are not our responsibility.

7. If your application is rejected
If your application is refused because of an error on our part, we do the whole file again at no service fee. If it is refused because of an error or omission on your side, we do it again at 70% of the service fee you originally paid, a 30% reduction. Government fees already paid, legalisation and translation are not recoverable and must be paid again where required. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, refunds and what happens if you stop part way through are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in that policy removes any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. Where applicable law gives a statutory withdrawal period for a distance service contract, the checkout flow must obtain any express request needed before work starts during that period.

9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for delays caused by Spanish government authorities, changes in immigration law or policy, a refusal caused by information you withheld or misstated, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms choose the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain as the governing law. That choice does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law that would otherwise apply to the consumer. Any jurisdiction clause is also subject to mandatory rules that give a consumer the right to bring or defend a claim in another competent court or forum.
